This is a story about several different people and what was happening to them on the day that Philippe Petit walked a tightrope wire between the World Trade Center Towers. Although there is no connection between these people by the end of the book a loose connection is revealed. The book is very well written with vivid descriptions of New York City at the time. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
