The Murderer's Daughters by Randy Susan meyers

This is the story of the lifelong struggle of two girls who witnessed the death of their mother at their father's hand. How this action changed their physical life is one part of the story, but their emotional struggle is the major part of the tale. Each deals with it in her own way, but both have many issues as they grow. I think this book was very moving, although I felt when I was reading it that some of the pieces of the story were stereotypical and made the book predictable. This was an enjoyable read, being both sad and uplifting at the same time.
