This is a very suspensful book set in Oslo and Bergen Norway. It has many twists and turns keeping the reader riveted. The main character of the book is Harry Hole, a police investigator on the Oslo force. He, like a number of other recent anti-heros has his faults and failings but is very engaging. The Snowman is a bit scary but gripping. I am anxious to read other books by the author.
